PURCHASING POLICIES.

You may only purchase products that are available for sale and whose details appear in the URKUNINA.COFFEE online shop.

All our prices are in national currency. SHIPPING POLICIES.

The shipping cost will depend on the destination of the purchase, delivery time varies depending on the destination, it takes between 6 and 10 days approximately.

The delivery service only includes BELGIUM for the moment.

For local pick up the delivery time is: for blends 24hrs, for origins 48hrs.

Once we confirm your purchase and your payment, we will send you an email with the tracking number and the name of the shipping company where your order travels, so you can track it directly.

URKUNINA. COFFEE is not responsible for unfortunate events such as theft or loss of the package during the transit of your order, the shipping company is responsible for the problems or shipping situations, we will always do our best to provide you with the best service, tracking your shipment.

There will be a maximum of 2 attempts to deliver your order by the courier, in case of not finding you, we will proceed to return your order to our facilities, and you will have to pay a new shipment.

PAYMENT POLICIES.

Payment with Pay

Once you have made your purchase you will receive an email with your order number to confirm your order.

Pay is our intermediary for electronic payments, you must have a Pay account linked to your Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card.
